Customers praise the product for its exceptional softness, plushness, and comfort underfoot, noting its luxurious appearance and beautiful colors. The organic cotton material is highlighted as high-quality and absorbent. However, a significant concern is the excessive shedding of cotton fibers, even after washing, which detracts from the overall satisfaction for some users.
