Customers find the product to be visually appealing with a beautiful appearance. The cushions are described as comfortable and firm. However, there are significant concerns regarding the product's height and size, with many reviewers noting it sits very low to the ground and is smaller than expected, sometimes resembling child-sized furniture. Assembly is also a point of contention, with some finding it difficult and time-consuming due to tight spots for screws.
