Customers appreciate the product's functionality and elegant appearance, noting it effectively raises items for display and complements decor. Many find the size to be perfect for plants and other decorative pieces, and the style is frequently praised for adding a chic touch. However, some customers express disappointment with the value, citing the material as not being actual wood and the product being smaller than expected.
