Warranty Details 2

All LA SIESTA products come with a two-year manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed to be free of defect in materials and workmanship. We will gladly replace any LA SIESTA product with a manufacturing defect within two years of original purchase. LA SIESTA products are designed to withstand regular outdoor and recreational use. Our two-year manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including fading and weathering due to prolonged exposure to sun, rain, snow and heavy humidity. Our warranty does not protect against rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance, installation, or modification. To prevent premature weathering, we recommend indoor storage for our products when not in active use. Looking to make a return under warranty? Returns under warranty are reviewed by our team, and if confirmed an issuance of a return will be authorized. This process can be initiated by emailing [email protected] or by calling us directly at 786-401-1138. Please note all warranty returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or proof of purchase, photos of the issue/defect, and product textile label.
