Peak Season outdoor furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials. €œDefects€ are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. If your Peak Season outdoor furniture fails structurally during normal use within seven (7) years of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame and or construction components at our discretion (with the same or similar product if the original product is discontinued) at no charge.
