Pintuck Tailored Window Valance

Pintuck fabric with textured design made into a curtain rod sleeve topper with a top and bottom ruffle. Each sleeve has a 3 inch pocket in the middle with a header/footer ruffle. The ruffles are caused by scrunching the material together. Please choose size and quantity accordingly. *Please note the colors of products when viewed on your computer monitor may appear different than the actual color of the merchandise.
