This hammock stand is HUMONGOUS! I ordered it based on reviews and size being meant for the 2-person hammock. I know there are two sizes available and with what I read, I’m supposed to get the bigger size. But when it arrived, my 2-person hammock’s chain couldn’t reach the hooks. This is waaaay bigger than I thought. The good thing is, it comes with extra chains. But it completely used up all the deck space where we placed it. I wish I could have gotten the smaller size.. Great product. The wood is beautiful and looks to be well sealed. I was able to put the hammock stand together on my own in about 2 hours. It would’ve only taken an hour however I had to take it a part and start over. All the pieces and the holes aligned well. A couple of tips I wish I had before starting: the larger holes need to be on the outside of the frame, not the inside - the instructions do not make this clear. Missing parts (three of the anti-slip rubber feet) were sent to me quickly after I reported their absence. It was easy to assemble and light enough to move around (but still feels sturdy). I had to change the configuration of my chair because when I first hung it from the center attachment point using its own top bar, I wound up literally sitting on the ground.
