Customers praise the product for its attractive appearance and cute design, which works well on balconies and in gardens. However, opinions on assembly are mixed, with some finding it easy to put together while others struggle with poor instructions, split wood, and missing hardware. Reviewers express negative feedback regarding the small size, flimsy durability, and overall cheap quality, noting that the wood is thin, prone to breaking, and features an open bottom design.
