GoFit Gray Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap

The GoFit® Fitness Mat is simply a must for performing all your floor exercises. Having the right kind of cushion is best for an optimal workout. Even the softest carpet can cause painful "rug burn" and discomfort when exercising on it. This mat has the right features to benefit you in almost any floor exercise routine. With a comfortable 3/8 in. thickness, the Fitness Mat keeps your pressure points from injury. The ribbed surface keeps you from slipping when you need to be gripping. * Before beginning any weight loss or exercise program, you should consult with your physician.
