Customers praise the product's elegant appearance, with many describing it as beautiful, stunning, and classy. The design is frequently highlighted as a key positive, fitting well with farmhouse styles and saving counter space. Reviewers also commend the product's quality and sturdiness, noting its solid weight and good construction. The finish is generally well-received, adding a nice touch to various sink types. However, some customers found the spigot length to be too long for their sinks, and a few mentioned minor issues with loose handles or a slightly cheap-looking finish on polished brass.
