Customers find the product very comfortable, featuring soft materials, supportive cushions, and smooth reclining mechanisms. The design, appearance, and size are praised for fitting well in smaller spaces, complemented by convenient hidden cup holders. While many are satisfied with the quality, color, and easy tool-free assembly, opinions on the color and material are mixed, with some noting the actual shade appears darker than online images.
