Warranty Details

ERF generally warrants all products to be free of defects in the structure under normal usage and service for one year from the original date of purchase shown on ERF commercial invoices. Customers assume responsibility for normal wear and tear. This warranty excludes products or components that in ERF’s opinion have been subjected to negligence, misuse, modification, or improper installation. The original shipping charge is not refundable for a warranty issue.
