This product included adjustable height foot leveler pads that allow independent adjustment of each leg to make minor adjustments for slight slopes in the floor. The rubber foot pads also provide a non-slip stability for wet surfaces. In addition, the foot leveling pads raise the teak legs off the floor so that the wood does not stay in contact with water or damp floor surfaces when not in use. This will help prolong the life of the teak. Teak is naturally water, mold, and mildew resistant due to its natural density and high oil content. This natural resistance has been supplemented by using proprietary EcoDecors™ sealer which is a deep penetrating stain with added mold, mildew and fungus inhibitors. It provides the ability for this teak furniture to be used outdoors as well as indoors.
