The Fat Boy Sittin' Turkey Steamer is a great way to cook a crispy, moist, and savory Turkey and a side dish simultaneously. You can make a full meal with The Fat Boy Sittin' Turkey Steamer! This device will perfectly cook your turkey and any side such as vegetables, soup, chili and BBQ sauce. You can also put beer or other flavored liquid into the base to give your dish a unique flavor. Simply put the side dish and liquid into the base and season a whole Turkey with Cook's Choice Chicken Rub. Next place the chicken on the Fat Boy and put it on the grill or in the oven at 250-400 degrees. As the Fat boy heats up steam will be created cooking your turkey from the inside with moist flavorful heat. The steam keeps the inside of the turkey moist, while the surrounding heat creates a nice texture on the outside of the skin. When the turkey is fully cooked internally at 165 degrees, you remove it from the Fat Boy, pour out your side dish and you're ready to eat. The vertical cooking design saves space in the oven and on the grill. This handy tool makes the perfect gift to any cook or grille.
