Customers praise the product's comfort, quality, durability, and attractive colors and size. Many appreciate its sturdiness and ability to comfortably accommodate adults. However, some experienced issues with color accuracy and reported the material as somewhat rough, impacting comfort for a few users. The lack of included hanging hardware was also noted.
