Customers find the product to be comfortable and attractive, with many praising its appearance and quality. However, there are significant concerns regarding the color's durability, with frequent reports of fading, especially when exposed to sunlight. Some customers also feel the product is overpriced for its perceived value, particularly given the fading issues and the need for self-assembly.
