Customers find the product to be comfortable and attractive, with many appreciating its great appearance and ease of use, as it requires no assembly. However, there are significant concerns regarding the durability of the chairs, with reports of rusting and falling apart after a relatively short period. Additionally, the color of the cushions is noted to fade quickly, leading to disappointment.
