Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its lovely texture and comfortable feel underfoot. The colors are generally well-received, often described as subtle and accurate to online images. However, some reviews indicate that the rug's design, with its braiding and ridges, collects debris and is difficult to clean, making it less suitable for high-traffic areas. Additionally, there are mentions of the rug becoming "fuzzy" when vacuumed, with some fabric pulling off.
