Just wow! This is seriously the best gift I’ve given my husband in a while; he’s thrilled and I’m overjoyed! He’s been dreaming of making fried hot wings for our family but I never wanted the grease mess and smell in the house. We still have to built a proper pad for this outside, but we are excited for the possibilities. The two large double burners and accompanying fry baskets are perfect for frying large batches of chicken, fries, and corn fritters. I do have to mention that assembly wasn’t easy, quite frustrating actually. The directions are rudimentary and didn’t provide proper instruction and the illustrations were lacking detail, so several pieces were first assembled upside down or backwards, causing us to retrace our steps to find the issue.
