Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and solid, well-built quality. Many reviewers highlight its sturdiness and durability, with some noting it held up well even after a tropical storm. However, there are significant concerns regarding value, with multiple customers finding the product overpriced and unfinished, leading to potential rot if not sealed. Some also reported issues with poor craftsmanship, including split wood and exposed screws.
