Customers appreciate the product's ability to provide protection from the elements and repel water, keeping their hammocks dry and clean. The size is generally considered generous, fitting large hammocks and stands well. However, some users have experienced issues with durability, noting that the material can become weak and fade quickly, failing to last through a single season. There are also concerns about the color fading over time. Additionally, several reviews mention that the product lacks adequate tie-down features, leading to it being lifted by wind.
