Customers generally find the product to be attractive and a good value, with many appreciating its appearance and ease of assembly. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple reviews noting that the product is flimsy, prone to breaking in wind, and may not withstand the elements long-term. Assembly is also a point of contention, with some finding it straightforward while others struggle with unclear instructions and missing pilot holes.
