Customers find the product to be very large and provide ample shade, with many praising its quality and appearance. However, there are significant concerns regarding its stability and durability. Many reviewers report that the product is top-heavy and prone to tipping over, even with a weighted base, and some have experienced breakage after a short period of use, especially in windy conditions. Additionally, the need to purchase a separate base is a common point of dissatisfaction.
