Customers praise the product for its high quality, beautiful appearance, and excellent functionality for displaying artwork. The product features strong magnetic closures and a well-made design. However, customers have mixed opinions about certain design elements, noting that the internal holding straps can sometimes get in the way or require taping artwork to the glass.
