This Brass shower drain body is mounted to fiberglass, acrylic, and solid surface shower pans and stalls. The drain plumbs with 2-inch sch. 40 pipe, secured by a rubber compression swedge lock gasket driven in place using a special tool (included). The body is a cast brass shower drain, with a solid brass or stainless steel grate cover. Fits 2-inch Sch. 40 ABS or PVC pipe. The drain body rim is fully covered by the drain grate cover plate. Other drain body models available: model D206P with a PVC drain body, model D206B-LAS with a brass drain body, and Swedge-Lock.
