This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. We unfortunately have not been able to assemble our storage shed yet solely due to the weather in Ohio at the moment. BUT I can say that this shipped FAST I was absolutely not expecting that for such a large item. I took off one star solely because assembling this is more than likely going to be tedious annoying since there are approximately 900 bazillion pieces. It is very heavy and will require a dolly to avoid any back strain if you are ripe and old like myself at age 31. The siding and materials that we have unpacked seem like heavy duty quality and not flimsy which is wonderful! Will definitely update my review once the weather clears up and we can put it together!. The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. This was the hardest thing we’ve ever built and we are not strangers to DIY or build it yourself furniture. Once it is all together it seems fine but it’s a 2-patient-people job. The tracks that you have to shove the walls and roof into are just so hard to work with, and if the wind blows while you’re building it, you have to start all over.
