Customers generally find the product's appearance appealing, with some noting it looks good with their existing deck items. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding assembly, with many reviews citing difficult and time-consuming processes due to unclear or vague instructions, unlabeled parts, and mislabeled screws. The quality of the product is also frequently criticized, with customers describing it as flimsy and of poor quality, particularly concerning the doors which are reported to be uneven, not staying closed, and having door knobs that break off.
