Out the box I love it. I am having my handyman come and install these and will take a picture once it's installed but everything is very well packaged and it didn't arrive damaged. This fan is pretty massive and puts out some air flow! Assembled with mediocre difficultly. Comes with instructions, but some parts neither my husband nor myself could understand but we figured it out. Overall the fan itself is very well made and looks attractive. The light itself is VERY bright and can be adjusted through an ap that I was unable to successfully connect to. Aside from assembly and ap issues, I would have given this fan 5 stars.. Kari. This fan is nice enough, but plastic fan blades on a nearly $600 fan? It’s ok when it’s on, but when it’s off it looks like what it is, plastic.
