A great modern update for my bedroom that I remodeled to replace the old early 2000s model I had. It’s much more quiet and glides through the air. I keep it set to 6 which is the highest speed. It’s was about 40 minutes to get it assembled and installed. The instruction video made things super easy, but the printed instructions were good too. My only issue is that it does not have memory. So if power gets switched off, it will not save your last setting (including blade direction) and you must use the remote to power it on. [This is a paid review] The fan looks nice from a far, but is low-quality materials. The specifications at the time of purchase stated the fan blades were made of wood and the light was NOT an integrated LED. In fact, the fans are ABS plastic and the light IS integrated LED. Due to timing issues and an inability to get another item, I ended up installing the fan. However, the instructions were in very small, low-contrast font, skipped steps and did not match the product exactly. Luckily, it was fairly straightforward to assemble the parts and connect. EXCEPT that one of the pre-assembled sections was askew and caused the entire fan not to work.
