These sconces are really pretty--they are substantial, not flimsy at all-- and the metal color is bright enough to make them noticeable, but not brassy-looking. I tested the run time for both sconces-- on a full charge, they were still lit after 9 hours! They will be in a guest room in my home, and I'll be hanging them on either side of a bed, over the nightstands-- so the remotes will make using them very convenient. Very happy with this purchase!. Great little lamp for tight spaces. Arrived quickly without issues. Only criticisms are: 1) Charging cord is only 30" long so unless you have an outlet that close, you need to first un-attach the whole lamp from the metal mounting plate. It's magnetized so you just need to pry it off the plate. 2) The enclosed anchors are not very good. Cannot be recessed flush with the wall without damaging anchors. Had to use other anchors.. Janet.
