This is my second purchase for this specific medallion- it is small but works in compact spaces like closets and entryways. I really like it because I use faux styrofoam ceiling tiles to cover ugly ceilings after scraping popcorn texture (and to avoid drywall repair and re-texturing). These are easily sprayed painted by the way. Plus… doesn’t every hard-working light fixture deserve a medallion Yes!. April. Creswell, OR. Mon Aug 24 2026

The Blanco Round Chandelier Ceiling Medallion 36 Diameter is a favorite sized, fully assembled and intricately finished Ceiling Medallion. This creation comes prefinished in a tasteful Blanco Finish a subtle contrast of neutral White and Beige featuring a recessed center panel with slightly raised floral pattern detail. This finished Architectural Ceiling Medallion creates instant 3-dimensional detail to an otherwise boring plain ceiling. Also, a crowning Elegance to a Chandelier Installation, which is often a good time to install your selected Medallion. The item comes fully finished out of the package and is Hand Cast in a lightweight Polystyrene that will never shrink, split, or crack. Prior to Masterpiece Moldings creation of this Collection by AFD Home, the only way to have had an advanced ceiling with this level of design would have been a very expensive addition and an owner willing to take on an elaborate installation project, requiring carpenters, finishers, and in some instances even artists. One of the best parts about this item is that installation could not have been made easier, as the outer ring is created with a cabochon design allowing intermittent spaces specifically created as locations for your screws or hollow wall anchors, matching decorative caps are even provided that will cover the screw heads of your anchors and offer a complete professional looking install. Hollow wall anchors or installation screws are available at your local hardware store, as your need will vary depending on your ceiling.

It ended up working for us ok, but it was not as expected. The description said the sizes was a range up to 19”, but gave the orderer no place to choose a size so we were not sure exactly what would show up when it got here. What we got was a 15 3/4” medallion. It just barely fit, but we made it work after doing a bit of wall boarding.. Judith. Derry, NH. Mon Mar 09 2026

The Sensor Switch CM 9 small motion, line voltage ceiling mount sensor offers a low profile design, making it perfect to mount directly to a ceiling tile or metallic grid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great solution for our garage light which we wanted a motion detector for. I myself did not want to install it but my father is an electrician and had no problem hooking it up for us. I really like how I dont need to feel around for a light switch anymore and the light just auto turns on. Its also nice to have the switch option if we want to use it. It is nice and small/discrete on the ceiling as well.. Tmss. Boston, MA. Thu Dec 30 2021

24" square medallion, it's 3/4" thick. The inner opening for a light fixture base is 8-3/8". This photo shows the medallion just after installation and painting. Before painting I added texture with paintable caulk and let it dry overnight. I wanted it to look like it's been there all along. I attached the medallion to the ceiling using strong glue and a couple of screws, then caulked all the seams. Electricians will do a complete re-wire so the danglers you see are not hot. I may add another photo here when all is complete.. Dimi. Northfield, MN. Sun Nov 24 2024
