Convenient USB plug in and great battery life. I was surprised at just how bright this light is! It fully illuminated our family room / kitchen space which is approximately 1,100 feet. As I mentioned, the different color options and brightness options really make it versatile. We use it in the main living room at night, and it is in my niece’s room at night when she is here. She likes to keep the soft white light on while she is still up and doing things in her room and switch to blue or pink when she is ready for bed. The gradient option is great for a dance party, and the girls enjoy it during sleep overs. I would recommend this light. This lamp is pretty amazing. It has two controls for light, making it quite versatile as far as brightness and creating just the right mood. Touch the button to toggle through options for the body of the lamp (bright white, yellow or mixed); touch the metal base to turn off or toggle through brightness options for the shade. The white light of the base is NOT as bluish as it looks in the photo. It's pure white and not ugly at all. I'm still learning how to control the settings, and sometimes it does turn itself on, so not sure what that's about. It has a USB port and a USB-C port, so that's handy! Very nice sturdy lamp. Sturdy because it’s made from a strong plastic material that has structure to stay intact should it fall. I especially liked the nightlight in the base and the three tap to give different lighting according to your needs.
