This outdoor post light combines rugged durability with classic charm. Its frame is crafted from sturdy black metal, forming a geometric, lantern - like structure that exudes a timeless appeal. At the top, a circular ring handle adds both functionality and a touch of elegance, making it easy to install or move if needed. Enclosed within the metal framework is a clear glass cylinder, which safeguards the bulb and allows light to radiate freely. Inside, a type T bulb (up to 60W/not included) emits a warm, inviting glow, perfect for illuminating pathways, gardens, or outdoor living spaces. The post light is well suited to requirements with two each on driveway, front walkway and back patio.

I would give it 5 stars if only masonry/concrete screws were included. I did go to the local hardware store, purchased Tapcon 1-3/4 in. L Star Flat Head Concrete Screws, 8pk. and 5/32 in. x 4 in. x 6 in. SHOCKWAVE Carbide Hammer Drill Bit for Concrete, Stone, Masonry Drilling. I was able to use this drill bit with a regular drill. It just took a little longer. I will have to dab a little black paint on the top of the blue screws to match the color. Additionally, I drilled holes in the sides to install the lantern light and used extra light switchplate screws I had on hand to mount the lantern light to the base. Again, I will have to touch up the screws with a little black paint to match the color.. Grace. VA. Fri May 27 2022

This pier mount base is sure to give your post lamp a platform to shine wherever you decide to place it. It's made from metal and features a square base with a carved ring around the circular mount for a touch of traditional appeal. This piece is designed to have your lantern mount directly to it, so we don't recommend that you use it with a post or any other intermediary piece. Plus, there are pre-drilled holes in each corner so you can install it onto a post or wall.
