Finding a good floor lamp to add to the vibes can be a challenge on a budget, but this one is great looking in regular light and low light. I want to give it 5 stars because the bulb is included and it was easy to assemble. Even better in my room than I expected I love this lamp! The curved black frame is simple and modern, while the amber glass globe gives it so much personality. The glass is definitely a strong amberorange color when illuminated, so be aware that it gives off a very warm glow rather than a neutral light. That happens to be exactly what I wanted. Stained glass is handcrafted using the same technique that was developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. Glass types and colors are designed using metallic salts during manufacturing. Each piece of real glass is hand-cut and copper foil is wrapped around each individual piece. The glass pieces are then welded by hand to create one-of-a-kind designs. As part of the finishing process, oil is added to the outside of the design to protect the metal from erosion. The beauty of stained glass is its versatility when illuminated by light. Stained glass will become more vibrant when lit.

I like this lamp, I was hoping to love it or “really” like it. It came quickly in a very big box. The entire box was as styrofoam, and the lamp parts were covered in plastic. I appreciate how it was protected, not a scratch or dent. The base is nice and heavy, the pole was in four parts for the pole and there was extra cord. It wouldn’t pull through the bottom so I had to stuff it in the pole. I also didn’t like it is in so many sections. The shade is big and made of plastic but still looks good. The light it gives is really pretty and I like the floor switch! All in all it’s a nice lamp but think for what it is I would go to a local store and pick one up.. Sally. New Albany, IN. Very cute lamp that was easy to put together. I recommend using an Edison bulb as the bulb “shows off” and a regular one wouldn’t look great. The color is listed as red but this is more of a fuchsia. One added detail that could’ve made this a nicer lamp is the step pad is the unsightly plastic that you want to keep hidden-not ideal for needing it to turn it on and off.. Hanna. Asheville, NC.
