My review is more based off of customer service but I have no doubt I will be satisfied with this product. Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast.
