It's a VERY pretty fan. The blades are a very light gray wash look - high end. I got the Nickel finish motor. On/off via light switch and then the remote controls everything. Most fans I run at speed 1 for sleeping and that creates some air movement. But this fan doesn't push a lot of air, so i have to use speed 2 or 3 to get the same effect. This is in a guest room, which is rarely used, so that's fine for my needs. But if you need a fan that REALLY creates a breeze in a room, this is NOT the one. (Minus a star for that).. Tamara954. Great fan, love the matte black. Very modern and I added a ceiling medallion. The only thing I don’t light are the light options. I thought there would be a warmer option and unfortunately with LED lights you can’t replace bulb so sort of stuck.. Danielle. West Des Moines, IA. Tue May 16 2023

I was so happy to find this fan on Wayfair and at a fraction of the cost from what a local high-end lighting center wanted for the same exact fan!!!!! It's beautiful and really moves air. We have it on the lowest setting (1) and it blows the curtains! We cranked it up to 10 once just to see how much air it moves and it was like being in a Cat 1 hurricane!!!!!! 1 is just fine but good to know it can really blow if every we need it to!!!!. Jennifer.
