Owner of my electrical company trouble shooted and was able to resolve the problem a couple days later. Appears to be working fine. However this did incur add'l cost for installation. My concern was when I requested replacement of ceiling fan there were only 3 left in stock. Feared would not be able to get another. The process ultimately turned out ok but was not comfortable how issue was handled for above reason especially since recently purchasing 3.
