Extra Tall Large Light Shades

As we all know, shopping for fixtures can cost an arm and a leg. To save money, and appendages, reach for a replacement shade! They offer a fun, budget-friendly way to make old lamps look new again. This handcrafted shade, with its eggshell linen fabric and drum silhouette, is a perfect pick for both modern and traditional fixtures. A brass-finished spider fitter helps this design keep its shape and makes it easy to replace your existing shade – we recommend you measure the shade beforehand as a replacement harp may be required.

Clean, crisp and modern, this drum lamp shade comes in a white faux silk fabric

Let me start off by saying that lamp shades are perhaps one of the hardest things to shop for, especially when you cannot physically try different shades on the lamp you need them for. This lamp shade was great – well made, looked really good, no surprises or problems. I reallllllly wanted to like it. It just, as it so, so often goes in this particular avenue of shopping, did not fit my lamp. But I wanted to leave this review because it was a great lamp shade. I have learned that 9 out of 10 times, start up from the size you think you need... I am almost always let down when I buy the size I *think* was what I needed.. Meagan. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 28 2026

A lamp shade is an integral part of the lighting in a room. Shades can change the color and warmth of the light projected by the lamp, which is why you want to have the right one for your decor, and your personality. Take this one for example: Crafted from hand-tailored linen, it boasts neutral tones so as not to offset your existing decor, while also featuring a bell shape for a touch of tradition. Finished in brass, its metal harp has a spider-fitter attachment, allowing it to cover any compatible bulb up to 150 W.
