A great modern update for my bedroom that I remodeled to replace the old early 2000s model I had. It’s much more quiet and glides through the air. I keep it set to 6 which is the highest speed. It’s was about 40 minutes to get it assembled and installed. The instruction video made things super easy, but the printed instructions were good too. My only issue is that it does not have memory. So if power gets switched off, it will not save your last setting (including blade direction) and you must use the remote to power it on. This is great quality fan. The base is nice and sturdy and there is zero wobble. Nice quite fan. The part that I did not like was the light; it is big and there is a separate light stripe border that can be turned on independent of the main light. The light border is color changing. The reason I gave it five starts is because I was the only one who did not like the light portion; everyone else in my family thought that it was really cool. Installation was a bit tough, it took about two hours and two people. Some of it was our older wiring but getting the smart remote box installed was challenging as well. Redoing a room and thought this would be the perfect fan for low 94” ceilings. It’s definitely the vibe I was going for. The fan blades and the casing are different colors, though, so be aware. The blades are reddishorange and the enclosure is deep brown. It’s a bit tricky to install so if you’re not handy, it might be infuriating. This is a pretty light fixture fan combo. Hanging it was pretty straight forward. It came with a hook to support the fixture while hanging and a white glove along with all the other install necessities like wire nuts. There were a couple of things that took one star off for me. The lightbulbs were super hard to screw in because of the angle, the arms for the lightbulbs needed tightening or they would have bumped the fan blade. Once installed you need to pull down on the center finial so that it doesn't make horrendous noise from rubbing against the center of the fan blades. We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it.
