All Longshore Tides lighting product is either UL or ETL listed, meaning that it has been tested and approved to meet the government-regulated safety standards for the USA. The bulb is not included.

DO NOT BUY! CHEAP. OVERPRICED. POOR QUALITY. UNSTABLE. NOT WOOD. I could not be more disappointed in this purchase. There were no reviews for these lamps, so I was taking a chance, which did not pay off. I spent 700 on two of these lamps, priced at 350 each. They are not worth 50 a piece. I will be getting my money back. These lamps are advertised as WOOD and they are made of cheap PARTICLEBOARD! I was appalled when I opened the box. The edges are unfinished and unsightly and the color is far lighter than advertised. It is not a rich brown as pictured. It is light tan. I tried screwing the base together and and sawdust poured out. I also cut my fingers several times in the process. The end result was a flimsy, unstable base.
