After they were put together, they just looked so great and provided the exact right lighting I wanted, I want to leave them on all the time. I absolutely love these lamps! To be honest, I spent way too much time worrying about buying new lamps but I wanted something to replace a bedside nightlight. My previous light I had used for years and could easily be dimmed so I could read when my husband was asleep and not bother him.
