I like this lamp, I was hoping to love it or “really” like it. It came quickly in a very big box. The entire box was as styrofoam, and the lamp parts were covered in plastic. I appreciate how it was protected, not a scratch or dent. The base is nice and heavy, the pole was in four parts for the pole and there was extra cord. It wouldn’t pull through the bottom so I had to stuff it in the pole. I also didn’t like it is in so many sections. The shade is big and made of plastic but still looks good. The light it gives is really pretty and I like the floor switch! All in all it’s a nice lamp but think for what it is I would go to a local store and pick one up.. Sally. New Albany, IN.
