There is a lot of arm to this extendable sconce. So much so that when I want to make it smaller, it is hard to hide the long arm in a way that is attractive. I wasn’t overly impressed by the shade itself so it won’t be a big deal to find replacements, but that’s the only reason this isn’t 5 star. The way the shades were packaged with the sconce was the cause of the problem. The shades came in their own box within the larger box that also contained the sconce, and the larger box is about half an inch too small to contain the smaller shade box.
