I bought a pair of these swing arm sconces for either side of my bed, and I really love the overall look! Theyre oversized, which is exactly what I wanted, and they make such a beautiful statement in the room. They give the space that polished, high-end hotel feel without being overly fancy. My only complaint is the lampshades. I wish they were a little nicer quality and had a softer, more muted color instead of such a bright white. I think that would elevate the look even more. Designed as though it belongs in a modern gallery, this wall sconce is less a fixture and more a sculptural gesture of light. Its slender stem rises with quiet grace, curving into a leaf-shaped shade that seems almost poised to unfurl. Finished in deep matte black with a warm brass interior, it evokes the play of shadow and sunlight in nature, translated into an object of contemporary elegance. At 22” tall, this sconce brings presence without overwhelming the space, ideal for flanking mirrors, accenting hallways, or framing reading nooks. The angled shade directs illumination downward, creating a focused yet soft glow that enhances ambiance while highlighting architectural details.

Beatiful but larger than I expected!. Kristina. Irvine, CA. Thu Sep 24 2026

There's a particular kind of evening worth coming home to: you climb into bed, pull the sheet up to your shoulders, and reach over to twist a small switch. A warm, amber light spills across the pages of your book — not harsh, not clinical, just soft and steady, exactly where you want it. That's the mood this sconce is built for. At first glance it reads clean and contemporary: a matte black cone shade paired with a slim brushed-gold swing arm, finished off with a round black backplate that sits quietly against the wall. But look up close, and you'll notice the inside of the shade is finished in warm gold — so when the bulb is on, the light bounces off that golden interior and comes out softer, richer, almost honeyed, rather than the flat white glow a plain metal shade gives off. The arm pivots at two points, so you aren't stuck with a fixed beam. Angle it down over your pillow for late-night reading, swing it forward beside a favourite armchair, or line a pair of them up on either side of the bed for that symmetrical, boutique-hotel feel. Because it's a plug-in design with an in-line ON/OFF switch on a nearly 5-foot cord, you don't need an electrician — just mount the backplate, plug it into a standard outlet, and you're done. It's a natural fit for renters, guest rooms, home offices, and even above the bathroom vanity: it's DAMP-rated, so it's comfortable in humid rooms where ordinary wall lamps shouldn't go. Built from all-metal iron with a welded shade and a sturdy round backplate, ETL-listed for safety, and sized to sit neatly without overwhelming small walls. Pair it with a warm-white filament bulb (sold separately) and let it do what it does best: make a quiet corner feel like yours.

One of our largest and original collections, the Shauna is made up of a vast selection of heavy metal finishes and a large array of metal and glass shades that bring a touch of industrial into your home.

Really beautiful! I did the nickel finish (it's lighter than depicted...I'd say true brushed nickel- the kind with a cool undertone...not with a brassy warm undertone). We use this lamp with a grow light bulb for a tall indoor plant, and while we wish it were even more flexible (for the cone's arm to lift even higher -- as the plant grows, we'll have to place it higher on the wall), it is just about perfect for our use. Well made, easy to assemble and highly recommended.. Anonymous. Illinois. Mon Sep 26 2022

A single note in a quiet symphony of light, this 1-light wall sconce pairs sculpted metal with softly rippled glass to create a warm, inviting glow. The curved black arm rises gracefully from a round **warm-brass backplate — finished in a soft, amber-toned gold with gentle orange undertones rather than a cool, polished brass holding a bell-shaped hammered-glass shade that shimmers like water under morning sun. This warm, honeyed brass is intentionally chosen to glow richer against the textured glass and black metal, casting a cozy golden-amber wash that reads softer and more inviting than a stark chrome or cool nickel would. Also available with a clear seeded-glass shade for a subtly different play of light, it offers versatility to match your style. Its compact design makes it a versatile choice—perfect beside a mirror, flanking a bed, or lighting up a cozy hallway nook. More than just a light source, it's a small statement piece that blends modern sensibility with timeless charm, offering an elevated touch to both functional and decorative spaces.

Great light and I like that we were able to put a bright bulb for the user who likes very bright reading lights. A lot of the similar lights take candelabra bulbs which are generally much dimmer. Amazing. Loving these so much! We swapped out some dated sconces for these and they’re so great in our two story living room. This 1-light wall sconce is an ideal reading light and one that doesn’t take up any space on your desk or nightstand. It’s made from bronze in a variety of finishes and includes a glass shade. We love that its swing arm is adjustable, so this light shines wherever you need it. A cord cover is included for a clean look but, if you’d rather hardwire this wall sconce, its cord is removable. It’s compatible with a dimmer switch, and you have the option to mount it facing up or down. Plus, a lightbulb is included.

These are fantastic! They really add to our bedroom in a way that looks high end. Installation was not difficult (see below for a tiny caveat) and the materials feel well made. Two thoughts: 1. If you aren’t hardwiring, there is a pole to mask the power cord. On both lamps, the cord would go 95% of the way through and get stuck. If you put the cord through going the opposite direction, it worked perfectly…but you can’t do that because the male end has to screw into the lamp itself. I finally tied some dental floss around the cord and pulled it through. 2. The “dimmable” part is a mystery at the moment because the included bulbs don’t dim. If you’re going to hang your hat on a feature, it seems to me you should include everything needed to allow that feature to work.. Anonymous. US. Mon Aug 05 2024
