This fan is very nice and a little modern looking. I opted to use the wood color facing down, but you can easily switch it to have the black color facing down so it would look like all black.. the wood color is a slightly reddish and very smooth tone and it matches my butcher block desk very well. The late can be adjusted for color with the remote control. It is adequate for a small room. I would not rely on the fan light for anything larger than like a 10 x 10 room.. Mdemo1. Aynor, SC. We really like the looks of the fan and LED light. We have not been able to install it yet, because the instructions are very minimal. My husband decided to call an electrician, because he will know how to install the fanlight without instructions. That is why I gave the rating a 4 out of 5. As soon as the light is up, in our 4 year old daughter’s bedroom, I will add pictures. We are just waiting to schedule our electrician. Here is the light out of the box, and we are hoping the electrician can come this Monday or Tuesday. More photos to come. Update The flush mount ceiling fan and light are finally up. It looks wonderful, as you can see in the updated photos. I gave it 5 stars, now that it is installed. The light has different degrees of brightness, and the fan Has varied speeds. A remote comes with it, and it works very well. We are so glad we ordered this fan!. Maureen. Perrysburg, OH. Sun Aug 03 2025
