Well constructed “heavier” sconces. Wall brackets make it easier to remove from the wall for charging. I liked that the glass around the bulb screws into the sconces and not just sits on top (probably so you can hang right side up or upside down). 9 degrees of brightness (if I remember right). These are really nice sconces! They look high end, but are rechargeable so no hardwiring required! I did deduct a star because the shades arrived damaged. Besides the shade damage I would completely get them again! Love that the bulbs look like bulbs (and are so easy to recharge)! This is way better than I thought! They come really well packaged. And incredibly easy to put together. The back plate can easily be screwed into the wall (where there is no hardwiring yay!) and then the plates are magnetic so the base just slaps right onto it. These lights are stunning! They will work just fine without the seeded glass tubes, but the tubes just really make the light so beautiful! They worked out perfectly where the sconces were previously and didn't even have to change out the backplate. Took about 10 minutes total to install. I love how they look next to my backlit mirror..
