We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it. Liked it more then we thought so upgraded to a five star. Karen. Millington, MI. Mon Feb 07 2022

A fan favorite in interior design, ceiling fans help regulate temperature, provide soothing white noise, and filter in fresh air around your home. Three clean-lined blades rest at a 14° pitch, and boast a natural woodgrain finish. Best of all, it includes an integrated light kit with an etched opal glass shade for bringing a little illumination to your space.

It does work well but the blades are darker than pictured. The picture depicts a rustic look but the blades are not that color, they are a dark, warm wood.. Linda. OH. Sat Mar 05 2022

Even better, it includes energy-efficient integrated lighting that can be turned on independent of the blades; pull chains are included as well.
