Looks very nice up on my ceiling and definitely updated my room. It was pretty old school as far as assembly. There were plenty of extra parts (screws) in case you dropped something and lost it. It included one white cotton glove so as to not get fingerprints and smudges on the chrome pieces, they could have included two or even a soft cloth to clean the smudges and fingerprints off. It works fine. Love the different light settings and fans speeds. We just installed it last night so there is no review for durability but fingers crossed it will last for many years to come. My issue is with the shipping and the damage to the box which lead to a damaged fan blade, which would be great if they replaced. I’m not shipping this fan back for one fan blade, but really would like an unblemished blade sent to replaced the donked up one.. Susan. Pflugerville, TX. Sun Sep 13 2026

I love this ceiling fan! It looks great in my space, very bright light, and the fans speed does exactly what it needs to do! It’s quiet too! The only problem we had with assembly was the receiving box… directions should have told us to begin with to place it on with the mount. Other than that, for our first time it wasn’t too bad. It has an excellent remote to choose all of the above features. That being said, assembly and installation leave much to be desired. Its versatile crystal flower ceiling fan design includes dual-length rods (4" and 12") to accommodate varying ceiling heights and room dimensions, while its 15-degree tilt capability ensures seamless integration into sloped ceilings and diverse room layouts. The fan light features four E12 bulb sockets (bulbs not included), surrounded by delicate transparent crystal petals that create a warm and inviting ambiance. This ceiling fan with light and remote is not just a ventilation solution but a focal decorative piece that elevates the aesthetic appeal of your living space.

After a complete installation the fan does not work. The communication method used to address this is utterly ridiculous. This matter could be remedied by now if person to person communication was available. Instead, I’m stuck in a wait and see situation communicated via email. I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE.. Christine. US. Tue May 05 2026
