A versatile lamp in amphora, or urn style. It should cross over minimalist, classical, farmhouse and traditional styles. I was not thrilled about the build-it-yourself shade. I dont mind the velcro seam, but the shade narrows at the top. If you have trouble getting it to lay smoothly, open the end and gently pull it toward the seamline. After looking at it assembled I think the finial is too large. Overall its nice and sturdy with a matte surface, and the manufacturer provided a light bulb. Excellent for a side table.. Laurie Glen.
