The canopy kit includes a canopy plate, a matching loop with screw collar, assembly instructions, along with the following mounting hardware: a 1.5" long 1/8 IPS threaded pipe, 2 bolt screws, a hex nut, and a 3-7/8 inch long steel crossbar with a grounding screw.
I don't have a photo to post until I complete my renovation to the room I'm using this ceiling star medallion for.
